We use the widely recognized "lean"
manufacturing process and have extensive quality control processes
which follow every step of our manufacturing.

Our panel's mechanical assembly is pressurized
to 100 PSI and submerged in a water bath for 1/2 hour to ensure
no pressure is lost.
The panel manifold assembly is then polished to maintain a professional,
attractive appearance and is mounted to the panel backplate.

Next the electrical components are assembled on
the panel and each is tested as to functionality and correct
sequence of operation. This means all of our components are
tested twice, by the manufacturer and then by ZCP inc., assuring
reliability and error free start-ups on-site. |

Final inspection. Before each product is packaged,
our quality controllers verify that all components are installed
correctly, all applicable loose components are in the box and
all documentation is complete. |
